Bersempena dengan kedatangan Manchester United ke Malaysia 18 Julai ini, Nike telah pun membuat pre-launch jersi baru ini di beberapa outlet Nike. Jika anda membuat tempahan awal, berkemungkinan anda bakal mendapat tiket dan pass bertemu pemain Manchester United.

Nike recently unveiled the highly anticipated Manchester United new Club Kit 2009/10. Even more exciting is the news that the red Devils will Manchester United Vs Malaysia match happening on the 18 July 2009!recognizes both their glorious history at Old Trafford in the ground’s centenary year and the Club’s ferocious fighting spirit and ability to intimidate opponents.

With a tremendous following of fans in Malaysia, Nike Malaysia is organizing an exclusive pre order promotion for the new kits to ensure these die-hard supporters will have the opportunity to be clad in the new team colours when the Red Devils touch down in Kuala Lumpur.

Customers who purchase the new kits via the pre order promotion will stand a chance to win tickets to the Manchester United Vs Malaysia Game, training passes and the chance to meet the stars from the team at an exclusive Nike5 event.

Pre orders for the jersey will start from 1 to 13 July 2009 at Nike outlets located at Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion KL, Mid Valley Megamall, Suria KLCC, One Utama and Ikhsan stores at Bukit Bintang Plaza, Sunway Pyramid, Alamanda and Shah Alam.

The new kit features a large black chevron across the chest, which echoes the same pattern United wore on their shirts during the 1909-10 season when Old Trafford first opened. The distinctive angle of the chevron also directly replicates the one found at the bottom of the club crest containing United’s red devil.

The chevron is in black, and not the more traditional white, to augment the upper chest area of the shirt and give United players an even bigger and more intimidating appearance. The entire back of the shirt has an engineered mesh, which is a series of small chevrons, a performance feature to offer players even greater ventilation during games.

As with all Nike products, technology is key and is apparent in this shirt.The shirt is made from Nike Dri-Fit fabric, which keeps players drier, cooler and lighter by drawing sweat from the body to the fabric’s surface, while its three-dimensional construction gives more air space around the skin to reduce clinging.

The home shorts are white with a red stripe along the side, a graphic of a red devil is on the back of the waist band and the draw cords feature MUFC on the tips. The socks are black with a red chevron on the calf.

The new United away kit retains the same distinctive features as the home kit, and consists of a black shirt with a royal blue chevron on the chest, black shorts with a royal blue stripe on the sides and black socks with a royal blue chevron on the calf.

Atas kertas, kunjungan Manchester United ke Stadium Emirates minggu ini pasti akan membawa luka dalam kepada anak buah bimbingan Arsene Wenger. Masih segar dengan kekalahan kepada Stoke City, The Gunner pasti akan cuba untuk mendapatkan kemenangan terhadap seteru utama mereka untuk mengembalikan kembali semangat yang semakin pudar.

Namun begitu, dengan senarai pemain yang tidak dapat beraksi akibat kecederaan dan kad merah ternyata membimbangkan buat Arsenal. Dengan Manchester United hampir pasti dapat menurunkan kesebelasan utamanya, Arsene Wenger terpaksa memerah otak untuk menyenaraikan pemainnya.

Fuh, berdebar jantung tengok game Manchester United lawan Hull City semalam. Dah elok-elok leading 4-1 separuh masa kedua, tiba-tiba je Hull City boleh kejar sampai 4-3. Geram pun ada jugak rasa. Elok-elok boleh tambah 3 goal difference, tengok-tengok dapat 1 jer. Tue pulak dengan Hull City. Ish jatuh maruah walaupun Arsenal pun kalah dengan The Tigers.

Nasib baik ada berita gembira buat peminat Manchester United macam aku nie. Liverpool kalah dengan Totenham kat White Hart Lane. Mula-mula nampak macam nak menang sebab Cik Dirk Kuyt(Cik Kunyit) awal-awal lagi dah bakar line score sebijik.

Sekali tue bisa Harry Redknapp(pengurus baru Totenham) memang menjadi. Terkulai jugak Liverpool kat tangan dia 2-1 dengan jaringan di saat-saat akhir perlawanan. Kesian pun ada jugak rasa.

Chelsea pulak macam biasa membelasah Sunderland 5-0. Time tengok gol-gol jaringan The Blues nie ada gak syak wasangka offside yang melampau timbul. Tapi nak buat macam mana. Diorang memang power pun. Terpaksa terima kenyataan.

Oh sebelum terlupa, Arsenal kalah dengan Stoke City. Atau lebih elok dikatakan kalah dengan balingan jarak jauh Delap. Memang jauh beb dia baling. Leh sampai gol tue dari tepi. Tak caya gi tengok replay gol Stoke. Dua-dua pun mamat Delap nie assist dari throw in.

Macam-macam drama game minggu nie. Tapi yang penting tak sia-sia berjaga tengok game. Banyak gol minggu nie. Tahniah buat pasukan kegemaran anda yang menang.
